I always get quite attached when I’m creating these little homes - imagining their stories, their quiet evenings by the fire, what big mouse is reading…the tiny world tucked safely inside.

I hope it brings as much warmth, joy and comfort to its new owner as it did me while I was making it 🤍

What a gorgeous elegant gift Carlota & Oliver gave to their guests for their wedding in Northern Spain 🇪🇸. Biscuits, chocolates and liquor, all nestled in Spanish wooden flour sieves and adorned with my little handmade ceramic green tags 🏷️

Once the pencil hits the paper I feel less anxious and now excited! I’m just starting work on a new commission for a special friend. A cosy lamp again, but this time built a completely different way to how I normally make them. This one will be slab built. The clay is bought and I have until September… thank goodness! 😁🤞🤞

Maybe those local to Staffordshire or beyond may recognise it as it progresses?!

I might add a new bird table to the list after this!

I love making pieces that celebrate special moments in people’s lives. 💍

These hand-sculpted stoneware leaves and napkin rings are personalised with the couple’s names and the date they said “yes” or the day they were married. Each one is individually hand-sculpted, engraved by hand and kiln fired in my small studio in the Staffordshire Moorlands.

No two are ever quite the same, which feels fitting for a love story that’s completely unique.

They make a thoughtful engagement or wedding gift, and something the couple can keep long after the celebrations are over.

A lovely memory from Holly and Charlie's wedding favours last year 😊. Their guests names were added to a ceramic leaf, tied with a gorgeous burnt orange velvet ribbon and used as a place setting and wedding favour.

Each ceramic leaf is sculpted from strong stoneware clay using a real leaf. It’s still winter here in the UK but before we know it, fresh oak leaves will be sprouting around our home again. I keep watching out for the buds on the trees 🌳. Thankfully, a few years ago, I discovered a way to preserve leaves by giving them a drink of water and vegetable glycerin - they remain delicate yet surprisingly durable for years, keeping me going over winter 😁. The process doesn’t keeping the colours of the leaves though, so I still prefer to work with the fresh version!

Baby Boy Gift - Bespoke Personalised Wildlife Lamp #54

I've recently been creating a few custom lamps. This particular one was made for a baby boy's first birthday, a thoughtful gift from his grandparents and a lovely keepsake for the family to treasure forever 💙

I absolutely love sculpting these, each one brings a smile to my face. From delicately adding pink noses to black eyes, it's amazing to see them come to life when the kiln opens ♥️

These lamps are made from sturdy stoneware clay, fitted with LED bulbs, electrically PAT tested, and feature a unique number on the bottom.

Each lamp is one-of-a-kind!

❤️ Holly & Charlie 19.9.25 ❤️

🌳 There are a few oak trees around the house but until I started sculpting them, I didn't realise how many varieties of oak there are, around 600 worldwide appartently. I use a beautiful old native english oak from the field for the wedding favours and wall hangings. It has good vein structure and preserves really well over the winter months.

Once snipped off the branches, the leaves are pressed into rolled out stoneware clay, cut out, gently sculpted and personalised. They take a little while to dry and then after the first hot kiln firing the glaze is added. They are then fired again, (event hotter) sanded down and adorned with beautiful ribbon.

I made around 100 ceramic leaves for this wedding and genuinely enjoyed making every single one, its such a lovely process!
