Many of us have family, friends, students, workers, travellers, parents, siblings, and loved ones in Nigeria. We all know how difficult emergencies can be when someone cannot clearly explain where they are, when internet is weak, or when help is delayed.
That is why I want to share Vigil360.
Vigil360 is a free safety app built to help people send SOS alerts, share their GPS location with trusted emergency contacts, find nearby help, use SMS fallback where supported, create a digital address, and receive community safety alerts.
It does not replace police, ambulance, fire service, or official emergency services. But it can support faster communication when someone needs to let trusted people know where they are.
Please download it, set up your emergency contacts, allow the needed permissions, and share it with someone you care about.
Sometimes, preparation is what makes the difference.
