From a blank canvas to a little autumn moment…

This took around an hour and a half to paint, condensed into 30 seconds.

I normally work in watercolour, so this was a little experiment for me, my first attempt at creating a character in acrylic.

I wasn’t quite sure where he was going when I started… but somewhere between the pumpkins, his basket and that fir cone, he found his little personality. 🤎

A little autumn experiment… 🍂

I usually paint in watercolour, so this little character is something completely new for me. Bring out the acrylic!

A little boy, a basket, a handful of pumpkins and one very interesting fir cone.

I’m not sure where this little chap is going yet… but perhaps he has a story waiting to be told. 🤎

💚It’s launch day! 💚

I’m so excited to finally share a book that I had the absolute pleasure of illustrating.

It’s now officially available to purchase on Amazon and it feels rather special seeing the finished book out in the world. 🥹

I’ve been creating a brand new autumn children’s story and this is where it starts.

‘The mushroom at the end of the lane’

A tiny mushroom appears overnight… but nobody seems to notice him.

I hope you’ll follow along and see where his little adventure takes him.
