Why I created Tilda and the Bear
These are my children, Tilda and the Bear. I started making personalised items to stop their belongings going missing.
As it grew, it became a range of personalised children’s items and gifts for the whole family (or yourself!) 🤍
What started as solving my own everyday problems turned into helping other families stay organised and enjoy something special — and I absolutely love it!

Based in Welton, just north of Lincoln, I run Tilda & the Bear.

Beautifully personalised gifts and practical children’s essentials – inspired by our family, made for yours. From nappy bags and bibs with your child’s name, to clothing labels and coasters featuring your child’s artwork, every item is made with love.

Had a serious business meeting in the car with "The Bear"🐻‍❄ We were discussing what else Tilda & the Bear could offer.
The Bear was very set on dinosaurs… then informed me they’re all dead, so that idea may need a bit more work 🤣

On to another thought 👀
Do you have a Cricut machine and don’t really know how to use it?
Got one for Christmas and haven’t dared turn it on yet? 🙈

What about a relaxed 1-to-1 session — no pressure, no overwhelm.

✨ What a year for Tilda and the Bear ✨
I’ve truly loved every event I’ve done this year — with Washingborough Farmers Market and Welton Fun Day (Welton Sports And Social Club) being real highlights. I’ve met some amazing, supportive customers along the way and even had repeat customers too (thank you — you awesome people!! 🥰).
A special thank you as well to those of you who’ve challenged my creativity by asking for bespoke pieces — you’ve pushed me to try new designs and ideas, and I’ve loved every minute of it ✨
I’d also love to give a special shout-out to Turn the Page and Read, FirstKnits & FirstKrafts, and Hayley Creasey Massage & Scar Therapy — thank you for your consistent support, encouragement, and inspiration 💛 It really does mean so much.
I’m now at a bit of a crossroads, deciding where to take Tilda and the Bear next. I’d love to hear from you — what products do you love, or what would you like to see more of? Your thoughts would be hugely appreciated 🤍
But for now… thank you for an awesome 2025 — for giving me a creative outlet and for all the lovely feedback and support along the way 💖

Unfortunately, due to transport problems, I haven’t been able to have my stall at Little City - Lincolnshire today 😔 I’m absolutely gutted to miss it — but I can’t wait to be with them next Sunday

I’ve used the unexpected free time to make a few last-minute Christmas gifts instead 🎄
I have glass chopping boards / worktop savers / cheese boards (however you fancy using them!)

Busy day at Tilda and the Bear HQ! 🐻✨
The Bear is here helping me… and he’s VERY busy 😂

This morning he’s:
🔧 Offered the builders his expert advice on our new garage - whilst wearing all the correct PPE and high viz
🐢 Found his Ninja Turtle on the pavement (the one he mysteriously lost on the school run yesterday!)
🦕 Started washing his dinosaurs because apparently they were “too muddy to play properly”
🐌 And rescued a snail from the cold… though I did have to say no when he tried to bring it indoors to live with us!

Meanwhile, I’m getting through your Christmas orders 🎄
