Mastering the Portuguese bread loaf in the Thermomix definitely takes a bit of practice, but these Portuguese bread rolls are such an easy place to start if you’re getting into bread making.

With the warmer weather coming, my son wanted fresh rolls for lunch but without all the additives and preservatives you get in shop bought bread.

I trialled these last week and they went down an a treat.

There’s nothing better with the Thermomix than knowing exactly what’s in your food… breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Give these a try…. you won’t want shop bought again.

With berries coming into season and the warmer mornings finally here, we’re swapping our usual porridge for a fresh vibrant breakfast of Greek yogurt, seasonal berries and granola.

For the past year, I’ve been making the Thermomix Simple Granola which is fantastic and so easy to customise.

However I had to let you know that I’ve just made the Banana Nut Crunch… wow, it’s a total game changer in our house!

If you’ve got a very ripe banana sitting in your fruit bowl, this is the perfect way to use it up. It’s beautifully nutty with a subtle sweetness from the banana and absolutely delicious.

Served with yogurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of honey, it’s filling, nutritious and such a tasty way to start the day.

Highly recommend giving this one a try!

If you love risotto but hate being stuck at the hob constantly stirring and adding stock, this one’s for you.

I absolutely love a creamy chicken, leek & spinach risotto, but let’s be honest, it can be time consuming and a labour of love.

With the thermomix… no more standing over the stove, just let it do the hard work for you. It chops, sautées, stirs, and cooks everything to perfection, giving you that rich, creamy texture without the effort.

From start to finish in just 30 minutes.
No stress, no constant stirring, just a perfectly cooked risotto every time.

Making Nasi Goreng in my Thermomix tonight took me right back to my backpacking days in my 20’s. Bali was my final stop and this dish quickly became a go-to dinner back then.

The Thermomix version is so easy and full of flavour, perfect for a midweek meal. Next time I think I’ll add a splash of Ketjap Manis to really finish it off.

Safe to say it went down a treat with the whole family tonight!

Another winner winner!!

Swapping my daily coffee wasn’t going to be easy but after noticing it was aggravating some stomach inflammation, I knew it was time for a change ✨

In comes my new favourite ritual… spiced matcha latte 🌱

Made my first one this morning in the Thermomix and I’m honestly hooked. Warm creamy oat milk blended with vibrant matcha, plus a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg for that gentle spiced twist. It feels just as indulgent but so much kinder on my stomach 🌱

If you’re looking for a soothing alternative, I can’t recommend this enough….. simple, nourishing, and a little moment of calm in a cup 🌟

Thermomix pizza dough = easy dinner win!

I needed to get ahead before Yoga Nidra tonight, so I’ve just whipped up pizza dough for two in the Thermomix. While it proved for an hour, I had time to walk the dogs.

Once back, I pre-cooked the bases in the oven for just 3 minutes (top tip: this stops them going soggy once you add sauce and toppings).

Now it’s DIY pizza night….the boys can add whatever toppings they fancy.
No preservatives, fresher, cheaper, and totally customisable… what’s not to love?

I’ve also made bases like this before and frozen them for when I’m away.
And it’s a fun dinner to make with little ones too… although mine aren’t so little anymore.

Mid morning snack!!

Back in the school days, long before I had my Thermomix, brioche was a firm favourite in both my kids lunchboxes. I wish I’d had the Thermomix back then to whip up homemade treats so easily!

Today I made the sweet breakfast bread for the first time, and it’s safe to say it was a hit. Soft, fluffy, brioche like with just the right touch of sweetness.

Perfect as a mid-morning snack with a spread of butter… I don’t think it’ll last long enough to ever go stale!

Easter had an upgrade!! 🌟

Hot cross buns will always have their place… but this Easter we switched it up for a change…

These cinnamon buns are everything you want from a festive bake…. soft, fluffy, filled with warm spices and finished with just the right amount of indulgence 🌱

You choose how many to make… 6,12,16… they won’t last long believe me!!! I’m made 6 and they were devoured in 24 hours ✨

Fancy making your own treats, know exactly what you’re eating. Message me for more information on the Thermomix 🌟

I’ve been trialing some new Thermomix goodies ready for summer lunchboxes… 🌟

With the warmer weather on its way, soup is definitely taking a back seat… and these veggie rolls are a great replacement ✨

No sausage meat here – just a delicious mix of nuts, feta, breadcrumbs, oats and a splash of soy sauce (along with a few other ingredients) 🌱

Easy, wholesome and lunchbox-ready! 💚

Why pay for overpriced shop brought lunches when you can make your own so easily and cheaper… know what’s in your food 🌱

🌱 Carrot and Coriander Soup 🌱

Is it me or is soup season slowly coming to an end?? 🌟

Warmer days = goodbye soup lunches!! 💚

Time to check out Cookidoo for some Spring/Summer lunches ✨
