It’s been a slower pace here at Earth & Wick Wellness… and intentionally so.

I’ve been quietly working on scent profiles — drawing from childhood memories and those familiar moments that only a certain scent can take you back to.

I’ve gone back and forth over essential vs. non-essential oils.
My heart leans natural, but truthfully… I also adore some man-made blends. I’ve spent weeks sitting with this. Agonising, researching, weighing it all up.

So I took myself away — 24 hours at my favourite cottage in Aber Falls. I slowed down, tuned in, and asked myself: What are my values? How do I show this in my work?

And while some answers are still unfolding, one thing is certain — my vessel vision is crystal clear.
Natural. Local. Beautiful. Full of soul.

I’m home now. Rested.
And ready to dream a little more. 💫

The magic of candlelight ✨
, you absolutely knocked it out of the park.

Tonight was pure magic for me and my little family — glowing trees, soft flames, and that quiet sparkle that only December brings. It felt like the perfect way to begin what’s already shaping up to be the most special Christmas yet.

Wrapped up, holding hands, hearts full.
This is what it’s all about. 💫

5am with Iain and Skye. The house was still.
The tree is up — thanks Santa’s little helpers - Mum, Iain, the girls… and a very curious Skye, who was very involved this year.

Candles lit, as always. But doesn’t Christmas bring its own kind of candlelight magic? The way the fairy lights dance in the dark — there’s something so quietly beautiful about it.

just think… this time next year, we’ll hopefully be lighting an Earth & Wick candle too.
Now that’s pure magic.

4am. It’s quiet. Sometimes lonely. Just me, the dark, and Skye by my side.

But I always light a candle — it’s my first act of the day. A small flame that keeps me company and reminds me:

You are here to guide others through the light you’ve earned.

That’s what Earth & Wick is really about. Not just candles — but comfort, calm, and light in the dark. 🤍

Tonight feels like a beginning.

Liv singing her soul out, Iain driving, Em on her phone and me dreaming in the passenger seat – Costa cup in hand, Dream Catch Me playing, on the way to place my first ever Earth & Wick order. A little vessel to hold a very special candlelight.

Now I’m home, hot shower done, treatment in my hair, breathing deeply in the light of an open flame. Back to the basics: water, warmth, breath, and a little magic in the dark.

One small step, one soft flame at a time. 💫
