Hi, I’m Clare, the face behind Darcie Doodles 👋

I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself and shared a little bit about why I started this little business.

Darcie Doodles actually started in a really lovely, unexpected way – we were at a market supporting my oldest daughter, and me, Darcie and Lucie ended up coming up with the idea together and sketching it out on a bit of scrap paper! It still makes me smile thinking about it now.

What started as that small idea with my two daughters has grown into something I’m really proud of. Painting can be such a lovely way for children to relax, focus and enjoy creating in their own way.

Every plaster, kit and craft idea is chosen with kids in mind – something fun, simple and something they can feel proud of when they’ve finished 🎨

I also love being able to take Darcie Doodles to markets and events because it’s so lovely seeing children pick their own designs and get excited about painting them. That’s honestly the best part!

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me so far – whether you’ve bought something, shared a post or even just liked a photo. It really does mean a lot to a small business like mine 💛
