Its Volunteers Week, and I need to give a shout out for amazing helpers at Wonky Carrot.
Cookery programmes need helpers to ensure things run smoothly...watching how knives are handled, encouraging participants, having a chat, washing the dishes ( Michelle Johnson !!!!!), and generally being awesome!
Thank you all for being faithful helpers, and for serving , noticing, giving and helping..and for praying for each other, in all our wonkiness 🙂🥕🔪🥦

Choose the thing you can do..

Add a can of beans
Add some frozen veg
Add your sprinkle of seeds
Batch cook and freeze
Drink some more water
Bake cake instead of buying it

And do it. Daily...

And slowly build the future of your eating pattern and habits one step at a time

We can get lured into social media and herbal promises that cost a lot of money on our quest for improving how we feel.

Sometimes the reality is we just need to drink more water / fluids, and consistently build a habit to drink enough so we have pale, straw coloured p*e ?( number 2 on the chart).

That was certainly the revelation for someone today 🫗🥛💡
