I designed “The growing friendship” as a little celebration of friendship - the real, imperfect, beautiful connection between people.

Some connections just feel like home.
True friendship isn’t about being there for every moment. It’s about being there for the moments that matter. The laughter, the quiet days, the unexpected messages, the honest conversations, and the memories that stay with us long after they’ve passed.
It’s about people who see you as you are, celebrate who you’re becoming, and remind you that you never have to walk through life alone.

Sampler September from the archive.

It’s so much fun browsing through my older designs and rediscover them again. This series of original samplers blends traditional Quaker motifs with contemporary and modern elements. I love mixing these two together to create something unique.

Lots of my designs drew inspiration from nature, I particularly love insects, flowers and birds.
The Monarch Quaker is one of ten available designs for the collection.

360 Degrees is fun symmetrical design. I love playing with different shapes and arrangement to create something unique.

This sampler uses 2 shades of red, but it would look great in any colour.

Sampler September from the archive.

Polish Band Sampler is an original design deeply inspired by the beautiful cross stitch motifs found on traditional Polish ceremonial towels. Passed down through generations these hand woven cloths were lovingly embroidered to celebrate life’s biggest moments, from birth, marriages to death to draped over holy icons in family homes.
On traditional towels colours were strictly limited to red & black. Later on multicoloured florals and birds were introduced.

This sampler is part of my collection of heritage projects that I have created to celebrate my roots and polish traditions.
