Well, Carpet Underlay is calculated per square metre and cost anywhere between Β£2-Β£8 and depending on the quality of the product. Typically, the more luxurious and high-quality the underlay, the more it is going to cost you, however underlays around Β£5 are usually recommended and you shouldn't need to spend much more than that!

For example, our most popular and top quality is our Plushwalk range, and you can currently buy this for £5.99 a square metre for our 8mm thickness, £6.33 for our 10mm and £6.67 for our 12mm! And like we said, this is the best quality underlay we stock here at Lemon Flooring. If you're shopping on more of a budget however, we stock a lovely wool felt underlay and these start at just £2.87 per square metre 🀩
