Still here, still drowning in mugs....!
I have so many boards of pots wrapped in plastic, I seem spend at least half the day wandering around the studio trying to work out where to put them all.
This is for a big wholesale order (my biggest to date, of which I'll be able to share a bit more of later in the year). I'm slightly concerned that when this is finished I'll have forgotten how to make anything else 😬

Lidded jars - my new favourite thing to make!
It would probably make more business sense for me to make batches of identical ones, but I really enjoy making one-off versions of these; each one seems to have its own little personality!

After weeks of making nothing but mugs I decided to have a break today and make something different.
I've got a lot of stock to make for my next big market - down in Devon in June and these little pourers are always popular. This event, although technically work, always feels like a mini holiday - a few days surrounded by lovely people and wonderful craft!

I'm more of a couple of stems from the garden person, rather than a big fancy bouquet person (although I am quite partial to a bunch of supermarket daffs), so the vases I make tend to have neat, narrow necks meaning that they don't need loads of flowers to make them look full.
All of these are now available from my website.

One-off pieces are always a bit more special. I love to see who chooses which piece and where in the world they'll be off to.
Here's a selection of the lidded jars that will be available tomorrow at 7pm from my website. What would you put in yours?!

Available from this Saturday 28th Feb - a collection of one-of-a-kind lidded jars... and here's one of them!

Building the Studio...
I've been in my lovely studio for three years now, and here's how we built it. I say "we"... this is quite a loose term; I mainly just held the bottom of the ladder and provided moral support. The full credit goes to my brilliant husband, David.
