It’s been a while since I’ve posted a site update reel… so naturally, I’ve forgotten how to do one. Anyway—here goes.

We kicked off on site mid-January at our Hertfordshire project, transforming a bungalow into a full family home with a complete renovation and internal reworking.

This week: first fix plumbing (not the prettiest stage, but a very important one).

More to come… assuming I don’t leave it another few months before the next update.

Happy Easter 🤍

A weekend of slowing down, stepping outside, and taking in nature.

Work (and life) has felt beautifully full, but undeniably fast-paced lately, so this pause has been exactly what I needed. A little reset, a little perspective, and a reminder to breathe it all in.

Back at it tomorrow, feeling recharged ✨

Ever wondered what goes on behind an interior photoshoot?

What you see on the grid is the final shot.

What you don’t see is this…

The styling.
The adjustments.
The laughter.
The waiting.
Talking to the camera.
Stepping back.
Moving things an inch at a time.

A little behind the scenes from our Wanstead project photoshoot. 📸✨

A contemporary classic kitchen designed to feel calm, architectural and quietly luxurious.

Created in collaboration with , this space centres around a muted earthy green island set against a warm neutral palette — soft, grounded and timeless.

The green accents flow into the adjoining space, creating cohesion and that considered, whole-home feel we always strive for.

Understated. Intentional. Effortless.

Before & After – Our Wanstead Project

When our clients first instructed us and we carried out the initial home visit, the hallway felt dark and enclosed.

There was nowhere practical to hang coats or store shoes, and the space didn’t feel welcoming.

Planning permission had been secured, but there was still scope to refine how the space worked for our clients.

The change itself was simple — but powerful.

We requested that the door from the hallway into the new kitchen was repositioned. By moving it back slightly, we were able to reconfigure part of the planned storage so it could be accessed directly from the hallway.

Previously, you would have had to walk into the kitchen just to store coats and shoes — not ideal for everyday family life.

Now? The difference speaks for itself.

The hallway feels lighter, more open and — most importantly — practical. Effortless. Tidy. Organised.

This is exactly why thoughtful space planning matters.

What are your thoughts?

Happy New Year 🤍

After a completely gorgeous switch-off over the Christmas holidays — spending much-needed family time and properly slowing down — we’re back in the studio today, ready to kick off the year.

We can’t wait to get stuck in and share our 2026 journey with you.

We’ve also had a lovely influx of new followers, so it felt like the perfect time to reintroduce myself.

Here’s a little more about me — and what really
sits behind the work I do… so here goes….

1. I’d choose a night in over a night out every time.
That’s why I feel so strongly about how important your home interiors are for your wellbeing. As I always say:
“A happy home should not only look amazing, but also make you FEEL amazing.”

2. I knew I wanted to be an interior designer at 13.
My parents let me take the reins on their bathroom renovation (brave, I know!), and it was a huge success. I followed the degree path after school and have now been in the industry for 20+ years — which makes me feel very old 😅

3. I LOVE peanut butter.
I could eat it by the spoonful and have to resist daily. It has to be 100% peanuts — no sugar, no salt, no palm oil 🥜

4. I love Audible books and podcasts.
I don’t often have time to sit down with a physical book, so I listen while getting ready, exercising, cooking, or doing chores. Anything on mindset and personal growth is my go-to — and I’m always open to recommendations and happy to share what I have already absorbed. ✨

5. I’m an early bird.
Those quiet hours between 5am–7am are mine — meditation, the gym, calm mornings. After that, it’s all systems go juggling mum life, wife life, and business owner life.

6. I’m a full-on footy mum.
Sundays are usually spent travelling here, there, and everywhere watching my kids play football — and I absolutely love cheering them on ⚽️

7. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in workout gear — whether I’m exercising or not.
Comfort, trainers, and cosy layers are very much my vibe.

8. I love the outdoors and walking for miles.
Being in nature feels like medicine for the mind. I completed my first 50k hike in 2025 and plan to book a couple more in 2026.

Refer to comments for points 9. and 10……….

Looking Back at 2025: 12 Months of Highlights

Looking back on 2025 has been so rewarding — narrowing it down to just 12 images for each month was no easy task! This year has been full of milestones, growth, and so many projects we’ve loved bringing to life.

I’m incredibly grateful to all our clients, suppliers, tradespeople, contractors, and consultants who made these projects possible — and to our followers, new and old, for all your support along the way.

We’re so excited for what 2026 has in store and can’t wait to share some of our upcoming projects with you. Here’s to another year of creativity, collaboration, and inspiration!

10,000 🤍

At the start of this year, I quietly set a goal to reach 10k by Christmas — and talk about timing… on the evening of Christmas Day, we got there.

I’m so grateful to every single person who follows along, supports our work and engages with what we share here. This community has grown so organically, and it means more than I can say.

Thank you for being here and supporting our studio — we’re so excited to share what’s to come in 2026
