International Women’s Day feels different when you’re building something of your own.
You realise very quickly that no one does it alone.
Every founder has women behind the scenes who offered advice, encouragement, introductions, or simply believed in them when things felt uncertain.
This year’s theme is Give to Gain.
It’s a reminder that the more we support each other, share knowledge and create opportunities, the more we all rise.
As women, we go through so many ups and downs.
Things that only women in business truly understand.
Juggling being a parent, a wife, a mother, a daughter, while trying to build something of your own.
Even conversations around things like perimenopause, resilience and self-belief that we often share quietly with each other.
I feel incredibly grateful to be part of communities that support women, and to have had mentors and fellow founders along the way who have helped guide me.
There aren’t enough photos here to show everyone.
But thank you to every woman who has been part of my journey, the mentors, the founders, the friends and the communities who have supported me along the way.
You have helped shape my path more than you know.
Because when women support women, incredible things happen.
