Its the beginning of the week so I wanted to share a few tips to save energy in the kitchen. They are all small things but we know that it all adds up. For example

When doing washing, do full loads of laundry and dishes, run these at night for extra savings.

Cook more meals at home - Do I really have to break this one down, saves ££s and pounds on the scale!

Use a slow cooker to save on energy and food costs - fantastic food, minimal efforts, great savings!
