Transformation Tuesday! After -> During -> Before

This WC was stripped back to its shell and completely reimagined, proving that thoughtful design has the power to transform even the most compact of rooms into something special 😍

Coloured tiles introduces depth, texture and personality, creating a focal point that instantly elevates the space. To soften the scheme, we layered in natural elements with a walnut shelf, which continues around the room to form a refined tile border…an architectural detail that transitions between the tiled and painted walls while bringing balance and cohesion to the overall design.

Elegant brass lighting add warmth, sophistication and a timeless sense of luxury, while the new sanitaryware completes the space with clean, contemporary lines.

It’s often the smallest rooms that are overlooked, yet they offer the perfect opportunity to be a little more adventurous 😉

This transformation is a reminder that exceptional design isn’t about the size of a space, it’s about how every detail is considered.

Confession... as an interior designer, I get just as excited about the bathrooms as I do the food!!😂

The loos Brasserie of Light Selfridges are quite something! Every detail has been thought through…from the lighting and mirror details to the overall atmosphere. They feel just as luxurious as the restaurant itself.

Please tell me I’m not the only one who judges a restaurant by its loos! 🤣Who else is obsessed with beautifully designed restaurant bathrooms??

Has it really been 6 months since my last post! 😲

Well, it’s true when they say ‘time flies when you’re having fun!!’ 🙃

In the meantime, here’s a little throwback to one of my previous projects in

One thing I’ve learnt as an interior designer is that part of my job is helping clients visualise ideas they might not have considered at first. In this project, my client wanted to keep the walls as clean and uncluttered as possible. While the walls continued from the entrance all the way through to the lounge area, I felt the space would really benefit from an additional layer of texture and interest.

The solution? Oversized textured artwork in almost exactly the same tone as the walls. It complemented the minimalist aesthetic the client preferred while adding depth, warmth and character without feeling intrusive.

A great reminder that sometimes the most subtle design decisions have the biggest impact.

Attending London Design Week at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour last week was super inspiring.

The talks and guided tours were a real highlight!

It was also reassuring (and slightly amusing!) 🤪to spot items I’ve recently specified for projects being showcased as on-trend…. maybe I do have a good eye after all 👀🤣

Stepping away from the studio and immersing in events like this keeps our creativity fresh…. a productive day out after all !

A few months late sharing this 😳 but I actually did make it to this year’s Decorex 🤪 …and as always, it did not disappoint!

Decorex is one of those events where all of us in the interior design world come together to get inspired, discover new products, explore upcoming trends and connect with the makers behind them. It’s where so many of our ideas are sparked and where we get a first look at what’s shaping the future of interiors.
This year, the overall feel leaned heavily towards warm colours, rich tones and layered textures, a direction I’m absolutely loving and already weaving into upcoming projects 👍👍
Already excited for the next one!

It’s been a super busy year at !!

We’ve been deep in projects across the student accommodation and rental market, not just in London, but in Nottingham too!

Above 👆 …our 5-bedroom refurbishment in Nottingham ➡️🏡
This property was very tired and lacked the functionality needed for student living, so a full renovation was carried out carried out and we cleverly reworked the layout. We even transformed three of the bedrooms and incorporated en-suites! 🚿

No surprise, it rented immediately and will continue to deliver fantastic returns for the landlord for years to come. 🙌💼

The best part… this landlord has several more properties ready for refurbishment and we’ve already jumped into the next one! Stay tuned 👀🔨🖤
