A very happy evening all round .giftoftheyear.awards last night. Awards galore at our table! A shout out to who I could have listened to for ages. Jeff had some incredible anecdotes from his early years of retailing and is clearly still so passionate about retail and design. An excellent choice of presenter!
Congrats to on their multiple nominations and awards. Was delighted for Scotland to be flying the flag with well deserved awards for for the best window display and to for being the winners of the Beauty, Bath and Spa category with the wonderful Tiny Towns range of soaps, following on from their gold award for this range at in spring.
It’s been fantastic to work with Meg and Chris and see the stellar growth of in this last year.
With all the soaps hand made in house in their studio just outside Edinburgh, something tells me they are going to be busier than ever keeping up with the demand!
I was reminded that at this same event a couple of years back I allegedly fell off my chair. I denied this until I was presented with the photographic evidence, which was then printed out for me in sticker form to enjoy.
I am sure that the taker of the photograph who shall remain nameless (Michael Apter), was helping me up with his other hand, which must be just out of shot!
The shame! (Of realising that I was wearing the same dress!) Must get to the shops 😂
