BANGS London

The key design objective was to introduce two additional styling seats, a second shampoo area and a tea point to serve client refreshments within the styling floor space.

The bespoke styling sections, expertly produced by , are positioned at 45 degrees to maximise every mm of the narrow space and fit the extra seats. Their long, sculptural forms and curved ends echo the shape of the building’s architecture.

We kept the industrial bones of the shell and layered on texture and colour in keeping with the brand. The long mirrors sit on monochrome concrete bases made by local legends .

Really pleased to see our Belmont project featured across 10 pages in the November issue of .

Working with our clients, their architects and contractor , we designed the interiors for this beautiful Edwardian home, balancing energy efficiency with preserving the property's character while weaving in the family's own interior style. At the heart was sustainability: we minimised waste through careful reuse and upcycling of existing furniture and lighting, with select pieces to complement what was already there. The colour palette is entirely personal to them, drawn from childhood memories, heritage, the places they've lived, and even colours from their children's early artworks, creating something nostalgic yet vibrant that feels completely their own. This project was about creating a home that tells their story.

There's a reason vinyl is having a moment. It's not just music, it's tactility, the ritual of physically playing a record and hearing the crackle before the first note. No algorithm, no autoplay. Just you, your hands, and a choice made with purpose.

We crave authenticity, and this space in our Keynsham project was designed around that human connection. A wall of bespoke ply shelving holds the vinyl collection, with sliding coloured panels in blue and coral concealing the cables and clutter that pull focus from the ritual. The window seat beside it connects it all to the outside, light, greenery, and a sense of being grounded while you listen.

Some things don't need to be optimised. They just need space to happen.

KEYNSHAM — before and after.

The ground floor was a series of separate rooms. Good bones, but disconnected.

Working with the architects on the space plan, we extended and reconfigured the layout entirely. Now the kitchen flows into dining, into the family room, with long views through the house and out to the garden.

It’s where the record collection lives, where the kids do homework, where everyone ends up. The joinery holds it all quietly together.

A considered rethink. A big difference to daily life.
