I also find cooking my own food (mostly Filipino dish) as a form of relaxation that gratifies my food cravings as a I am a food-lover; I love to eat. I am an active runner as well who participates to any running events/ marathon as my form of promoting wellness/ fitness, physical and mental wellbeing as a whole.
