Saddingtons Jewellery We are curators of fine jewellery, from antique to contemporary pieces. All gems are natural mined, chosen for quality and style.

Sourced from private dealers, collectors and auctions with style, rarity and individuality in mind. We have over 40 years of experience within the antique jewellery trade and are known to markets and traders across the UK. Check out this amazing lapis lazuli signet ring with a great royal connection. The reverse tells the story reading “The Gift of Prince Alfred Ernest Albert to A. F. Stewart”, together with the date “1st March 1861”. Prince Alfred was Queen Victoria and Price Albert’s second son who later became the Duke of Edinburgh from 1866.

It’s time to showcase some suffragette style pieces we’ve added to our website recently! These beautiful period pieces feature the distinctive combination of purple, white and green that became synonymous with the British women’s suffrage movement — traditionally associated with dignity, purity and hope.
The flower studs showcase alternating peridots and amethysts centred around moonstones. The necklace features pearls demantoids and amethyst, whilst the brooch has diamonds peridots and amethysts.

This Victorian 18ct gold signet ring is engraved with a family crest and the Latin motto “Confido” meaning “I trust”.
More than a piece of jewellery, signet rings were symbols of identity, heritage and honour, passed down through generations. This one carries its story as proudly today as it did over a century ago.
