At Vanillabazaar, we strive to push the boundaries and be innovative. We have been supplying our Purity extract for the last 16 years. This kind of extract is the purest that you may find on the market. It comes certified organic ( bo pesticides guaranteed).
Why is it so unique?
It has been extracted through a very sustainable way using recycled co2 from volcanoes.
This allows to extract the purest form of vanilla concentrate which is usually sued by high end cosmetic companies
To make it suitable for the food industry, as with any other extracts , it needs to have a base which we have chosen to be invert sugar resulting in a clean , round , smooth taste of Madagascan vanilla with the advantage of not having the colour that distilled vanilla would have which makes it ideal for creams, panna cottas, yogurts, icing.
This totally alcohol free product is the perfect option for those who cannot take alcohol in their diet.
The extraction process is such that it results in a sterile, stable product with a shelf life of over 5 years!!!

We often mention on to our social media but it is important to explain about who they are and how we work with them.
First of all, dealing with vanilla, it has always been important for us to help back those who we rely on for our
supply. On top of that, being from Madagascar and knowing how a large part of the population struggles and has hardly got access to the basic healthcare, it has been quite clear for us right from the beginning that it was important for us to find a charity we trusted and when we heard about Hoveraid, there was no doubt for us, it was the ideal organisation we were going to partner with.
Why them? Hoveraid is a small UK based Non Profitable Charity. Hoveraid reaches the unreachable in Madagascar, bringing hope and healing, and transforming lives in remote communities. They help others by using unique amphibious technology, namely hovercraft, to bring aid to remote places, where people have no easy access to medical care or clean water.
The current pictures show the journey of the latest Hovercraft (usually built and put together by students at unis as part of their apprenticeship) having reached Madagascar which will be deployed to distribute basic food and medication to the most deprived in the most remote areas on the island.
A team of British and local medics regularly dedicate their precious time to go on these medical safaris saving hundreds of lives.
As a company who believes in Fair trade and sustainability, we have always been doing local charity in Madagascar but because of the distance, it made more sense for us to help a UK based organisation which we know we can fully trust, and therefore it has now been almost a year since we have started working with Hoveraid and you can see how efficient they are in delivering what they are meant to achieve.

We are very proud to be able to work with a high class , premium gelato maker for the last few years. It is always a pleasure to supply cuustomers such as who are after quality ingredients and not just cheap products. Look at how creamy and soft the texture is and that paired with real vanilla pods, you cannot expect anything less than top quality icecream ! Perfect for the season😶!!
