Buy Magpie x Hornsea, buy a piece of pottery history! There’s 118 works by Hornsea Pottery in the Victoria and Albert Museum’s ceramics collection, showcasing Hornsea’s unique designs and their well deserved place in the history of UK pottery. This mug shape (designed by John Clappison in 1967!) is in the V&A collection too and we are super proud to be continuing the legacy this great Pottery powerhouse started. We have 6 new surface designs to add to our mug range this coming season. 4 by the great Jack Dadd and 2 by the design director of Hornsea himself, John Clappison. Available in September, we cannot wait!
