We've spoken before about 'Rose Cottage' being the most popular name from all our orders, and thought it was about time we added a new colour rose to our collection. So welcome Red Rose house sign - hope you'll be a best seller like your siblings!

Always touching to receive a photo of a brass memorial plaque in place. "Wonderful plaque, thank you to you and your team. Very much appreciated," says Rob representing the association in Woodford Green.

We loved this azalea design, produced for a customer earlier this year, and thought we'd share it for sale to everyone. But is it a smidgen too pink? We've always been a bit cautious, and read the blog for more, but blushing pinky rosiness hasn't held back our rose designs nor the apple blossom, all of which sell well. So we're hoping the Azalea house sign will prove as popular as the shrub that grows in so many gardens.

We've had some unusual sign requests recently, and while we'd love to know the back stories, they haven't yet been forthcoming. Darren sent a photo of feet, which we cut out and dropped into a circular sign. For Mike we drew a keel shape and set it against a sea and sunset horizon, in a bespoke 50 x 25 cm shape. And Adrian wanted us to use his own artwork, which we were happy to work from. If you have an idea of your own, please be in touch!

Emily, from Guernsey in the Channel Islands, wanted a goose on her cottage sign and drew up this cutie with the help of AI. She says: 'The sign is beautiful - thank you for all your help in getting this right for me.'
If you're tempted to use AI to design your own house sign, please check out my blog https://www.selene-signs.uk/blogs/can-ai-design-your-house-sign-well-yes-and-no
As you can guess from the title, there are pitfalls and pluses!

We had a pair of pear designs ordered by customers at different times, but which one should we plump for as a new product? We've given the game away slightly but we can do lots of variations on either. So if you want a tree with giant fruit or a branch where blossom and pears appear at the same time, all bases are covered.

Congratulations to the Peacock Butterfly, voted No. 1 in the nation's favourites as organised by Butterfly Conservation. Want a beautiful peacock butterfly sign keeping eyes on your front door and scaring off predators? Here's one we prepared earlier. We know there are lots of Morris Minor fans out there, and now you can have a classic Moggie as your house sign. It comes in two colourways: one with a black background printed on silver, so that the metal fittings shine in the sun; the other printed on white for great contrast. The first British car to sell a million, and still loved today.

Been a while since we actively sought any press coverage, but here Nottinghamshire Aspect lifestyle magazine have kindly featured our Spitfire sign in its Father's Day round up. Still plenty of time to order if you'd like a special gift for your Dad, especially if he's nostalgic about the iconic WWII aircraft.

Reviews from a recent customer who ordered two signs with a fishy theme. So pleased she ordered the seahorse in the aqua colour, as opposed to the more popular navy, as it shows what spectacular effects can be achieved printing on our silver finish.
