Making every bathroom Beautiful Drummonds Bathrooms

1: St Giles House in Dorset. At the centre of this en-suite, the Spittal freestanding shower is defined by a light, architectural frame. Nearby, the Syre basin brings a more utilitarian note - its open form and measured proportions sitting easily within the room.

Rooted in the visual language of Britain, founder Oliver Thornton finds inspiration in its ceremony and pageantry, and the extraordinary decorative traditions that have evolved around them.

There is something unmistakably regal about goldwork. Rich, intricate and unapologetically ornamental, it transforms even the smallest detail into an object of occasion.

The Oliver Thornton Home insignia is reimagined through this language, embroidered in gold against a field of deep red. A familiar emblem seen through the lens of tradition, and made for a new chapter.

British Style Reborn.

Apsley House, London: once home to the Duke of Wellington and famously known as ‘Number One, London’. Built in the 18th century and transformed by architect Benjamin Dean Wyatt, its richly layered interiors house one of Britain’s great collections of paintings and decorative arts.
