Lighting doesn't stop at the main rooms.

Get it right everywhere, including the shower, and the whole home feels that much more complete.

In this luxury apartment, set within one of London's most prestigious garden squares, the shower has its own set of lighting scenes, from bright and functional for the morning to soft and low to wind down in the evening.

It's a small detail in a much larger project. The brief was a fully integrated home where entertainment, lighting, climate, security and networking work together seamlessly, all discreetly hidden within the contemporary interior.

Every stage, from design and off-site configuration through to commissioning and long-term remote monitoring, was delivered with the same attention to detail.

Step inside one of the smartest homes in Notting Hill

This townhouse hides a full suite of integrated technology, all working as one. A powerhouse network and Wi-Fi throughout, Sonos filling every room with music, Control4 pulling the whole home together, a slick 2N door entry system and smart TVs across the house.

One touch runs the lot. Music, entertainment, security and connection, all responding in an instant, all completely out of sight.

We're finalists at the CEDIA Awards 2026 🎉

The project behind the nomination is a grand Edwardian house on a quiet, tree-lined street in Southwest London.

Picture a home where every day feels like checking into your favourite hotel.

A spa and gym area shift through three distinct scenes, workout, stretch and spa, and the steam room ceiling twinkles with tiny star lights overhead.

Sound follows you through more than 40 speakers into nearly every room, right down to the sauna.

Every television disappears behind a hand-finished antique brass frame, quietly dressed as artwork until the moment you need it.

A fantastic project to work on, and honoured to be recognised in these awards.

Your home looks the part. Does it sound it?

A room's mood is designed, not accidental.

How a room feels has a lot to do with how it's lit. Bright and busy in the morning, warm and low through the evening, calm and quiet by night.

One room can do all of that, set by the light alone.

That's what lighting control is for. Rather than one switch and one setting, you get scenes for different times and tasks, adjusted from one place or set to shift through the day on their own.

Light that keeps up with how the room is used.

The part most technology companies skip.

It starts with a conversation. Understanding the home, how it is lived in, and what the technology needs to do within it before anything is built.

Then our engineers on site, integrating the system with care around the interior.

And then, most companies would consider this the end of the job. Not us.

We complete health checks, remote monitoring, and have a team that is still answering when something needs attention, long after the project is complete.

The project ends. Our involvement does not.

High level of technology. None of it visible.

This project was a beautiful Edwardian house in Southwest London. A client who wanted a home that was supremely comfortable, highly technical, and effortless to live in.

The project involved a whole-home Control4 system, over 100 bespoke lighting scenes, a cinema, individual climate schedules for every room, and forty speakers covering nearly every floor.

And nothing on show that suggests any of it is there.
