Your are not lazy, you just don't have the tools and you are not messy, you just don't have the system!! It's ok to ask for help. We are prone to call ourself "this" to "that" before we actually look into "why" am I haven't put things away, how can I support myself. Happy New Year! While the world is rushing to "reset," I find myself leaning into the quiet magic of winter hibernation. There is something so restorative about this time of year—it’s a season that invites us to slow down, linger in our cozy corners, and truly notice the everyday treasure moments that usually pass us by.

In these colder months, our surroundings become even more vital to our inner peace. I want to carry this slower pace forward, focusing on comfort, appreciating the weight of a chunky knit throw or the warmth of a morning tea. Finding joy in the simple structure of our daily rituals within the home and allowing ourselves to wake up slowly and enjoy the stillness of a winter morning.

Let’s not rush into the noise of a new year just yet. Instead, let’s honor the need for rest and reflection, making space for our homes to nurture us while we wait for the world to bloom again.
