Has the upcoming clock change caught you by surprise and given you a fright? It did me!!! Don’t be afraid of the dark mornings! 👻 If your little one is now waking up at 5 or 6 am, that might feel a bit ghoulish! But don’t let it haunt your nights—together, we can make a few boo-tiful adjustments to bring back the morning peace!
Here’s a trick: let’s creep it real by shifting them gradually. For three days, let’s go halfway to the witching hour by just 30 minutes. So, if your baby normally naps at 9:30am, let them nap at the new 9am, and do the same for the afternoon nap. For bedtime, if they usually sleep at 7pm, put them down at 6:30pm—this will feel like 7:30pm to their little bodies.
After three days, return to normal timings, and let your sleepy skeleton adjust. Don’t panic if it takes a week for them to get back on track—those goblins need time to get their boo-groove back! And if you have any questions, drop me a line—I’m here to help you rest in peace! 🎃 🕸
