"Like many Londoners, my family has always sought sanctuary from the frenetic pace of daily life in the serenity of our garden. Some of my earliest memories are of the peaceful times we spent there admiring the flowers, watching the birds
and inspecting insects. English summer evenings will always evoke memories of watering plants with my grandmother. A passion for the outdoors has never been absent from my mind and it's my travels further from home that have completed my illustrative style. The spirituality, clarity and simplicity of Asian design has been hugely influential on the collection that the studio produces today, and I believe that our home deserves this depth of feeling."
