Tucked into Tite Street, Chelsea, this kitchen proves compact doesn’t mean compromise.

Our team were briefed on an open-plan space with a tight footprint, a mezzanine overhead, and an appliance list to accommodate. Every centimetre had to earn its place.

Our solution was to handcraft cabinetry in smoked oak veneer, warmed by antique brass detailing and topped with a Dekton Somnia worktop for durability that matches the depth of the timber. Siemens appliances and a Falmec extraction system integrate seamlessly into the joinery, while layered spotlighting stops the dark palette from ever feeling heavy.

Sedlescombe Road is one of those kitchens that just gets better the longer you look at it.

Brass worktop on the island, dramatic stone detailing, and pocket doors that open up to reveal a surprise pop of colour underneath. It’s bold, but it still feels warm and easy to live in.

Hi-Spec Design partnered with The Water House Project in 2020 to create a space that works as an elegant centrepiece and a fully functioning commercial kitchen. Minacciolo cabinetry, a Sub-Zero wine unit housing 102 bottles, and a Wolf steam oven with vacuum drawer for precise sous-vide cooking.

Archel Road 📍

Grapa milled walnut veneer, soft sage cabinetry, and a Dekton Limbo worktop. Accents throughout the room tie it all together, from the door frames down to the appliance finishes.

The island sits at the heart of it all, ready to be used as a breakfast bar or just a social space, and it’s first thing you notice when you walk in. Gaggenau ovens, a Miele venting induction hob, and a Quooker Fusion Round tap in Patinated Brass handle the rest.

A bespoke understair pantry and dedicated coffee station making sure every corner of the home works as hard as it looks.
