More seriously, I’m horrified at how good AI has become now to generate crochet pictures, although AI patterns are still very much garbage.
Here are my 4 recos to avoid being scammed online:
✅ check consistency in videos and pictures.
✅ check if the account is new. If it already has tons of patterns with different styles that’s a red flag!
✅ check customer review pictures.
✅ if you have time, check the social media accounts. Look for work-in-progress posts, tester calls, etc.
