P A R T 4 - T H E F I N A L E 🎉

The final part to our clients fixer upper renovation, we created a fully functioning separate bathroom. Initially our client opted for an en-suite but we noted to them when visitors come over they’ll need to go in your bedroom to use the loo!!

Our client chose all colours and even the toilet seat 😉

A compact kitchen on this renovation. Our client specifically wanted this room as the kitchen without it being open-plan so we made it work!

Our client bought a fixer’upper and after going over their vision and schedule, we have a fully functional living area!

For this project the client isn’t living on site, giving us full access from early mornings to late nights.

This has to be one of the smallest cloakrooms we’ve worked on lol. We suggested to the client underfloor heating due to the size being so small - this will allow heat in but not overbearing.
