⚠️ IMPORTANT: SCENT CHANGES ⚠️
As part of our ongoing annual reviews, we recently identified that a number of fragrance oils across the industry have had updated technical documentation and minor formulation changes linked to incoming UK/EU legislation surrounding certain ingredients.
In most cases, these changes are extremely small and not something we or customers would realistically notice from a scent perspective. However, even minor updates can require revised allergen declarations, classifications or product documentation behind the scenes.
Ordinarily, suppliers would inform of these changes - a tiny minority have. However, we are saddened to learn that much of these changes have happened without many suppliers informing their customer. This doesn't just affect us, but the entire industry. We have called upon suppliers to begin to inform customers correctly.
We have spent the last few weeks carefully auditing and updating our 200+ fragrances and product listings to ensure everything remains fully up to date.
We have also temporarily removed a small number of cosmetic products whilst we work to have these reassessed.
Over the next week, we’ll also be publishing a running list of fragrances affected by updated documentation so customers have full visibility and transparency moving forward.
