Taking inspiration from posts I’ve been creating for Moray Arts Development Engagement , I wanted to give a snippet of insight into what a week of a multi income artist can look like.

Getting merch ready for an event promoting MADE, carving on a lino for my ongoing research project, preparing class presentations for my role as a lecturer at Moray School of Art , preparing visuals for our MADE Pot Still redevelopment project, creating patterns for UAL textiles students, couch cuddles while I work on my laptop to launch new Buff and Blue workshops, visiting an exhibition by one of our MADE partner artists, and some treats to keep me fueled for all of this!

Are you also a portfolio career artist? Would you change it or is variety really the spice of creative life?
