This one was emotional to make. My son has been a “non believer” since he was 7/8 and ever since I wished I’d done something a bit ‘extra’ to break the news. And so I created it.

So, as the parent of an almost 11 year old I now know the pain of having a non believer. He asked me outright when he was 7(!) and I couldn’t lie. Let me tell you, that Christmas was an emotional one. No Elf on the Shelf, no mince pie, no grotto trip. Brutal.

At the time I wish I’d prepared and done something a little bit more special to break the news. Even though it’s too late for me, I have been creating something special for you to break the news about the big guy to your small people.
