it’s okay to feel things sometimes.
i feel like sometimes i really overthink my life when really im just trying to do the best i can. a lot of chefs don’t really open up much about how they’re doing. recently i’ve just felt so overwhelmed and i don’t wanna post anything. didn’t wanna share anything. didn’t want to even express how i was feeling because i felt like i was stuck and had so many people watching what im doing. after some self care and spending some more time with myself im feeling very grateful for the people i have supporting me, less anxious and just happy in general 🤍☁️🌿
