'ALL THE LOVERS'

Inspired by colour, sparkle, determination, recovery and life's rewards. This 5 layered blueberry, lemon & white chocolate cake is sandwiched between blueberry reduction buttercream and covered in gold lemon icing. Finished with over 1000 edible diamonds, sprinkles, and jewels. Dedicated to my amazing friend David & all he's accomplished this last year.

'THE ROSS 0.7'

It's always hard to create new ideas, especially when it comes to creating cakes for your nearest and dearest. This is a black cocoa, (a near-black color, intense, smooth, almost Oreo-like flavor) fudge sponge cake. Sandwiched between homemade salted caramel buttercream, and decorated with my Airbrush. I then constructed the plane and it's trail with 3mm aluminium wire, hot glue and a supporting dowel rod.

This cake was a complete passion project to celebrate my best friends special milestone. 4 years ago, Ross saved my life. I wouldn't be here now without him. He's the most selfless, kind and sassy best friend I could wish for. I'm so greatful he came into my life, so today we celebrate you!!! ✌🏻💙⚡
