Don’t mind the scaffolding! You might have seen scaffolding up as we are replacing our windows before winter as last winter we had sizeable holes in the rotten wood frames and it wasn’t too pleasant.
The shop will reopen on Wednesday at 9am for a sample and seconds sale and hopefully most of the messy work will be behind us then.
Whilst the scaffolding is up it got us thinking ~ is it time for a shop front make over.
On reflection of the high street and thinking about the traditional l colours used on buildings around Suffolk, the white we are currently painted suddenly feels quite cool. I would love to paint it in a warmer colour to reflect the Suffolk Heritage colours and be in keeping with our surroundings. The question is do we go bright and bold, or keep it closer to the white?!
