Just love spending time with Debbie Smith at Bath and Yarn Emporium, feeling proud that one of my recent makes is displayed in the shop window and available to buy.

It amazes me the amount of people that come in and didn’t know it existed, also a lot of people visiting Melton that have nothing like this where they live.

A hidden gem.

My first hexi cardigan, wow all those ends, however it was worth it. I extended it a bit more than the pattern said, I prefer a longer cardy.

What do you do when you finish one project, do another one. Completed this within in a week. Size 1-2 years in a lovely snuggly King Cole Cherish year, colour evergreen.

I decided to add a few more rows to a blanket I started a while ago using up some of those left over balls of yarn I have. It will certainly be colourful 😂

All finished, a lovely caddie for my granddaughter.

I used the Little Bows Cardie pattern by Kerry Jayne Designs. I kept it simple as I thought the colours of the yarn were enough, so I missed the collar off and the bows. I still think it looks pretty cute

🌼🌸A new square coming to the spring /summer soon!

For this I used some of my scraps for the flowers and in cream.
I altered the sleeves to 3 rows DC and 1 row sc to add a bit of the flower colours.

I am shocked how long it has been since I actually posted on here.

I am always doing something, I guess it hasn’t been crochet or knitting. However that is really no reason to ignore my page.

I did however visit a local wool shop this week and saw some yarn that caught my eye, so yes I just had to buy a few balls. Then I had to decide what to do with it, so the hook come out. I will of course share when you can see what it is.
