One of the most common questions I get is how to make wax melts last longer, especially when people are used to getting their melts from big-box stores and have their scent fade after just a few hours.

After nearly 20 years of using wax melts and several years of making them myself, I've learned that longevity isn't about cranking up the heat or using more wax. It's about what melts you use and how.

Using smaller amounts, cleaning your wax melt burner between scents, and choosing high-quality soy wax melts like mine can easily turn a 4-hour scent into something that lasts several days.

If you love a cozy home but don't want to swap melts constantly, these small habits make all the difference.
