Had a really great morning doing a felting workshop with these lovely ladies, many whom have never felted before!
It’s amazing how different they all look. How fantastic are they!

I’m hosting an afternoon tea in aid of Breast Cancer NOW in my village of Ford outside the post office on Thursday 20 August at 2pm onwards
We would love it if you could come along and help support the cause. As well as drinks and eats there will be a tombola and a few other fun things to do!
If anyone can donate eateries or tombola items just send me a message. I’m also collecting from Coldstream on the Thursday morning xx

After the fantastic response to last year's inaugural event, we're excited to welcome both returning and new fungi enthusiasts for another day celebrating the fascinating world of mushrooms and fungi. Whether you're an experienced forager, a keen mycologist, or simply curious to learn more, there's something for everyone.

This year there will be an admission fee of £12.50 per adult, while children under 16 go FREE. Last year's event was free to attend, but this small charge helps us cover the cost of hiring the venue and ensures we can continue to grow and improve the festival for years to come.

📅 Date: Sunday, 11th October
📍 Location: Ruberslaw, Denholm
