Media wall along a 4.5m wide wall . 60inch fire .
All boarded with MDF , sprayed the base coat and 2 additional coats in hard wearing white paint , then a colour change to grey and finished off by the customer . All mdf edges were rounded off for a nice smooth finish .

Living room , 2 sets of stairs and landings, and a master bedroom carpet fitted .

Revisit to this property for an upgrade to the storage area , along with a little seating to remove/put on shoes 👞. Also a coat hook area.

One unit houses the boiler , false wall in the middle to hide the power unit, and some units at the bottom in various sizes for extra storage all sat on a frame to allow the new skirting to flow around the room like the kitchen skirting .
Magnetic hatch to access the power unit ,once all painted and coat hooks up I’ll have an updated picture to upload !

Revisit to this wall panelling to create a header to finish it off . This will be painted by the customer . Updated pictures will be uploaded ASAP

When this sink leak unchecked for years has soaked into the Lino (2 layers) and int the concrete caused so many issues in this property, soaking up into skirting and plasterboard , all removed and cut out and replaced .
Full tiled flooring installed once the floor had dried out , been sealed and self levelled ! All door frames and architrave cut 4mm off the tile finished level to stop any future leaks soaking up into these walls , silicone finish around the edge .

Original floor and skirting water damaged from a leak .
Leak repaired , skirting and flooring removed , floor primed , self levelled to level this rough concrete floor and bring up to conservatory floor level .
12mm flooring laid with underlay already applied to each plank .
Skirting replaced and ready for paint .
Hall way units back in place ready for the new layout in the future !
