This transformation was for our friends who has been waiting a long time to replace the flooring and we had the pleasure of doing it for them !!

A kitchen/diner Flooring that we transformed from the beige looking Lino into the new grey vinyl planks.

Pictures just show the transformation through the stages from the old, removed and self levelling to laying the final Flooring and after the pictures of the furniture in place and then an evening picture once the customer has placed everything in position where it should be.

Finished with a matching colour silicon edge.

The area was around 18sqm , and took around 1.5 days to complete… allowing time for the sealer to do its job and the self level to cure before applying glue in stages for the planks to go down.

A customer did an AI picture of what they wanted .

The items were found and we assembled them to create this beautiful desk feature with all cables hidden.

We did not do the full wall with acoustic panels just to allow more light to bounce off the walls for a warmer looking surround.

Floating shelves would have had the LED lighting but those particular shelves were not purchased , although we could have channeled them out to have recessed lights for some separate down lighting but the customer was happy as it is!

Balcony repair. Replaced existing hand rail , supported the bars with extra bracing .

Revisit to this property for an upgrade to the storage area , along with a little seating to remove/put on shoes 👞. Also a coat hook area.

One unit houses the boiler , false wall in the middle to hide the power unit, and some units at the bottom in various sizes for extra storage all sat on a frame to allow the new skirting to flow around the room like the kitchen skirting .
Magnetic hatch to access the power unit ,once all painted and coat hooks up I’ll have an updated picture to upload !
