📅 Order Notice
* A minimum of 3–5 days’ notice is required for all orders.
* Required notice depends on the cake size and design.
* Last-minute orders are subject to availability.
💰 Deposits
* A non-refundable deposit of £20–£30 is required to secure your booking.
* Deposit amount depends on the siz
e and design of the cake.
* Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
💳 Final Payment
* The remaining balance must be paid in full before collection or delivery, or payment by card is available on collection.
* Cakes will not be released without full payment.
🎨 Designs & Custom Cakes
* Custom cakes are made to match the design as closely as possible.
* Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed, and minor variations in colour, decoration or finish may occur.
📸 Photographs & Social Media
* Photographs may be taken of completed cakes for portfolio, website, and social media use.
* No personal information will be shared.
* If you do not wish your cake to be photographed or posted, please advise at the time of ordering.
🌾 Gluten-Free / 🥛 Milk-Free Cakes
* Gluten-free and milk-free cakes are available upon request.
* Please note: all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, nuts, and other allergens.
* While strict care is taken, I cannot guarantee the cake will be completely free from allergens.
❌ Cancellations & Changes
* Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
* Changes to date or design must be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability.
📦 Collection / Delivery
* Collection times must be agreed in advance.
* Once the cake has been collected, responsibility passes to the customer.
⚠️ Allergies
* Please inform me of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
📩 Complaints
* Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
* Complaints must be supported with clear photographic evidence.
* Design-related issues must be raised before the cake is cut or consumed.
* No refunds or replacements will be offered for issues caused by handling, storage, or transport after collection
