Recipe Alert & You have to try this easy and juicy recipe, using Saladmaster's Stovetop Grill Pan, Grilled chicken breast with pineapple and rice!
Utensils:
• 12"/30cm Stovetop Grill Pan
• Large 316Ti 3 Qt./2.8 L Mixing Bowl
Ingredients:
• ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
• ¼ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon Sriracha, optional
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 large pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
Directions:
1. Make marinade in large bowl. Combine pineapple juice, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and onion powder. Reserve ¼ cup of marinade aside.
2. Add pineapple and chicken to marinade and mix. Cover and place in refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.
3. Preheat grill pan over medium heat. When several drops of water skitter and dissipate, add chicken. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until chicken releases.
4. Flip chicken, making room for pineapple. Add pineapple.
5. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot with extra marinade and white rice.
