Then we're on to a bit of a fun evening because it's my Let's launch Avon at Myrtle's Home & Me.

Join us for a glass of fizz either alcoholic or none.

Did you know??
Avon were one one of the pioneers for breast cancer awareness.
The Avon Breast Cancer Crusade: Launched in the UK in 1992, the program funds research, breakthrough clinical treatments, and educational resources.

Doors open 5.30pm!
An introduction to Avon's history and Make up demonstration around 6.15pm and potentially another at 7pm depending on demand and time
A tester selection of Avon Make-up and skincare products to try.

Tonight we will also have 20% off on Malissa J clothing which Jemma one of our loyal customers will be kindly modelling.

Finally the roll out trial for the weekend...
Our limited "everyone's a winner" tombola (maximum two tickets per person). Prizes include a selection of random products from the shop.

Thursday Tracy Saqladi - Empowered Ascension Transference Healing evening limited spaces and a beautiful evening of switching off
Friday to fine tune for Saturday & Sunday with Connecting Narborough - community group event

Welcome Wednesday but first thinking it was thoughtful Thursday, that set in a quick moment of panic!!
Therefore thought I'd share nexts week agenda - now is this for you or me? 🤔
Rare-Bits Tea Room open for reservations because we know furry friends are not everyone's favourites.🐾 all are welcome in the shop and tea room.

Today - finish off where ai left yesterday turning chaos into calm especially with tomorrow.
😇 THURSDAY Tracy Saqladi - Empowered Ascension from 6pm (more information in the photos 👇) Limited spaces available.
🥰 FRIDAY sees the one and only....chicken 🐔 back in the house - okay, she's coming with me into the shop giving me her opinion if my changes tell a story of calm, and flow nicely for customers ❤️

May sound unusual for some but remember my working progress of a little unusual department store...well in my head this is the perfumery section 😁
Having worked for them in a former career along with using their products since first discovering makeup. And they're 🐰🐇 friendly....😍
Therefore I'll be getting those make-up brushes back out for a few quick demonstrations, but generally it's for everyone to pop along join us for a glass of something cold, have a change of scene, look at ALL stock including our crystal section, the reduced, the new and actually being able to test the Avon products that we look at in the brochure, some stock maybe available to purchase or alternatively orders can be placed on the night.
What experience do I bring?
For those not aware- I'm a time served Hairdresser 5 year apprenticeship, former perfumery girl for the Estee Lauder group (Aramis for those old enough) followed by Christian Dior, retraining and spending many years running my own hair and wedding makeup business..some people have holiday bucket lists..mine was a bucket list of jobs and yes there's been a few!! However having Myrtle's Home and Me has completed my lifetime ✔️✔️✔️ list.

Well that was a day fans

Chicken finally home today.....okay half home because we have to go back to clear the room out..

A big change in the shop today and possibly a blessing because moved things away from the front door while watching the rain find its way in ...so if yoi see a pink towel near the windows, no we aren't selling them! I'm preventing the water coming in.
And I need to ask for input.. firstly
Thanks goes to Simone Can who made me aware I'd put the wrong date on the Top Hat event 🎩 only went and put todays date not the 16th June 🙈 and sadly cannot amend so tomorrow I'll be reposting..apologies for all the confusion!!
However, I do know Thursday's are definitely booked with Tracy Saqladi - Empowered Ascension Limited spaces and will post separately on this 😮‍💨
