Thank you to those who called in yesterday to say hello and check I'm on the mend..
It was a an ease back sort of day while working hard on our subscription which we're looking to complete by end of next week, we're nearly there with the compliance, the what, when and how of it all

Welcome to midweek (time of typing) and a long message ahead.

its been a strange week since my last post and honestly cannot remember when I did post last!!

Can you believe this Saturday is 3 years since we first opened at 49 Leicester Road, Narborough's doors - yes 3 years! (2 years at King Street and wow!)

What a difference -
3 years ago getting a shop ready to open working 14 hour days with little sleep
3 years later, some days not even seeing much of the day as some involved up to 14 hours sleep.

Tuesday saw follow up at the hospital but lets leave that one there - Apart from to say - Rheumatologist appointment at some point.

Thursday
We're back open tomorrow slowly because kn ee and leg still aren't where I'd hoped but going stir crazy now!!

The original plan was to look for the sun - but sleep and rest stopped that.

Reduced hours Thursday, Friday and
Saturday therefore please send me a direct message if you're making a special journey!

● Thursday - 10am to 4pm all being well if I can last the day

● Friday 10am - 2.30pm (MRI scan at 3pm and have chicken driving me there so no cover)

● Saturday 10am to 1pm because its the air show and from previous years experience - you all head there and so would we if the knee could take it!!

Reminder we're heading for a few days of R&R starting today saturday at 12noon
Reopening......well that's the big one..what day to reopen 🤔
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or even Saturday definitely not Tuesday as I head back to the LRI for a follow from last Tuesday.
Friday 3pm sees me heading g off for an MRI scan on the right leg....but all is good if we open because chicken has offered to cover 🥰
Thank you all for your patience during my rough and tumble time..one day I'm sure I'll be able to kneel down again..hope so need to order new stock and able to kneel down to unpack

Ah yes....and the new home fragrance subscription to get started this month too and behind the scenes a new fragrance for those subscribers to try first....

Today it was back to business- won't bore you with 5 hours at LRI yesterday-fabulous people 🥰 the thing I learnt most was - 100% NOT ready to retire yet!!
Once my knees working properly theres going to be changes..again!

Looking forward to being g cheered up with Steven Richardson talking about behind the scenes as a volunteer at The Little Theatre and all they do

Next - Apologies if you came to the shop Saturday,
Had to close at 12noon
The knee and me took a turn for the worse and after ringing 111 off to A&E as whoosh the angels send me an angel Tracy Saqladi - Empowered Ascension who literally walked by to choose some gifts for friends and ended up staying with me making tea until the lad came home from work.
Off to A&E we he and I went
10 hours later, home we came - won't waffle with all the details only to say back there again tomorrow.
It should have been today - but after explaining my event- was given a bit of an okay but any changes to go back immediately.

If around today please do come along join us for a complementary drink while listening and enjoy a change of scenery for a couple of hours 🥰
