I did something exciting at the weekend, the Big Brenig Swim in north Wales, so of course I had to journal it! I swam 2.5km in the worst conditions possible 😆 We had wind, we had rain, we had waves sending up spray! They had to move the course nearer to the dam wall to try to give us more shelter, but we all did it and came out smiling! I was determined to complete it, not least because I was raising money for Hospice of the Good Shepherd ! I swim breaststroke and finished in 1hr 47minutes.
