What if the cost of staging is actually much smaller than the cost of a price reduction?

One of my recent staged properties sold for £10,000 over asking, with the staging costing just 0.58% of the list price.

And staging doesn’t have to mean furnishing an entire house.

From a consultation for advice, stying and accessories, through to partial staging or full property staging, there are different levels depending on what your property needs.

Really pleased with the finish on this solid oak bed which was in need of a tidy up.

After all the varnish had been sanded I painted in a 50/50 wash of Frenchic Paint ❤️ Cool Beans with a brush then wiped. Then applied 1 coat of Frenchic browning wax.

Turned out just as I had hoped 🫶🏼

There’s a difference between making a space look nice and making the property work for the people viewing it.

When staging a property for sale you need to think about these four things.

Scale. Proportion. Flow. Purpose.

But if buyers can’t picture how the space works, they won’t commit.

So they hesitate.
And while they’re hesitating… you’re paying for it.

Sunday de-stage.
7:30am start.
24 degrees already.
By de-stage… 30 degrees.

Van door opens.
Room by room, everything comes out.
Furniture, artwork, accessories.

All packed down and moved on.

It’s physical.
