A huge thank you to Newbridge on Wye Church in Wales Primary Schoolfor inviting me in to talk about my favourite topic — flooring!

The pupils’ enthusiasm and brilliant questions made it such a pleasure. I learnt thing or too as well (good to test your experiments before showing off 🤣) We offer no obligation advice to all ages!

A huge thank you to Mair from Anvic Carpets for such a fantastic session with Dosbarth Derwen before half term! The children learned so much about natural and man-made materials, and it was fascinating to see how materials have evolved over time. They were especially amazed to discover that carpets can be made from recycled bottles, and they really enjoyed exploring which materials were waterproof and which absorbed liquids.
We’re sure the children would love to welcome you back again soon — diolch yn fawr!
