Had a perfect day in the warm sun at The Barn of Easington delivering the Neuro Graphic workshop for Together We Heal project .It is a simple and meditative way to slowdown, reconnect with nature and emotional release.
After a nature walk, we let the impressions move through free flowing lines ,soft shapes and colours.
Finished the day with wonderful home cooked food and heartful meditation. 🧘‍♀️

Rebel Women Sunderland is a powerful project celebrating the women who've shaped this city through courage, creativity, and defiance. I'm honoured that my work will stand among so many stories of strength.
