Watching them wander through the woods reminded me of something…

Children don’t care if it’s an expensive day out.

They don’t need the latest toys or a packed itinerary.

Give them fresh air.
Space to explore.
Time with the people they love.

And they’ll create magic from sticks, leaves and their own imagination. 🌿🤎

These little adventures may seem ordinary today, but I know one day they’ll be the memories we all treasure the most.

Childhood isn’t measured by what we buy them…

It’s measured by the moments we spend with them. ❤️

Slow down. Go for the walk. Let them get muddy. Listen to their endless stories.

One day, you’ll wish you had just one more afternoon like this. 🥹

Don’t just raise your children. Watch them.

Watch what makes their eyes light up.
Watch what they choose when nobody is telling them what to do.
Watch what they can’t stop talking about.

Because hidden inside those little interests could be a lifelong passion, a career… or simply the thing that brings them the most joy.

They don’t need you to map out their future.
They need you to believe in them while they discover it. ❤️⚽

One day, this little boy will be too grown up to sit and eat ice cream with his Grandad.

One day, he’ll be busy building a life of his own.

But today… it’s just the two of them.

No phones.
No rush.
No expensive plans.

Just ice cream, quiet conversation and a memory neither of them knows they’re making. 🤎

Childhood isn’t only shaped by parents. It’s shaped by grandparents who have the time to slow down, to listen, to spoil them a little and love them a lot.

I hope my children always remember moments like these.

Because one day, this photo won’t just be a photo…

It will be one of the memories they hold closest to their heart.

If you’re lucky enough to still have your grandparents, or to watch your children grow up with theirs, never take these ordinary moments for granted.

One day, they’ll become priceless. ❤️

Read this if you’ve been doubting yourself lately…

You spend so much time hyping up the people you love…

Cheering on your friends.
Encouraging your children.
Believing in your partner.

But when it comes to yourself?

You suddenly become your own biggest critic.

Imagine speaking to yourself the way you speak to the people you love.

Imagine backing yourself instead of doubting yourself.

Imagine realising you’ve survived 100% of your worst days… and you’re still here.

So this is your reminder to ginger yourself. 😌✨

Hype yourself up.
Celebrate yourself.
Start the business.
Wear the outfit.
Take the trip.

Because if you keep waiting for permission, applause or validation… you’ll be waiting forever.

And if nobody has told you today…

You’re doing better than you think.

Now straighten your crown… and go remind the world who you are.

(And if you’re anything like me… repeat all of the above, then still spend 20 minutes wondering where you left your car keys. We’re all a work in progress.

In reality this is my 4th and 5th born but they behave like 1st and 2nd born! 😅😅

Let me hear what your kids fight over in the comments 👇🏼

Every month I become irrationally angry at things like…

Someone breathing too loudly.

The empty toilet roll being left on the holder.

The cupboard door being left open.

Being asked, “What’s for tea?”… for the 487th time.

And don’t even ask me where your school shoes are. Find them the same way I have to… by looking.

My family: “Why are you in a mood?”

Me: “I honestly don’t know… but I’d advise everyone to leave me alone until further notice.”

Please tell me I’m not the only one who turns into Judge Judy the week before their period?
