Another legend joins the ranks!
This board was built as a one-off birthday commission. A gift made to be used, admired, and handed down.

We’ve never used this handle design before.

Sunday sketch session.
Rough oak. Sharp pencil. Strong drink!

This is where new boards are born —
in sawdust, scrap paper, and sketches with no eraser, no AI. No Pinterest. No mood boards 🤮
Just a pencil that’s sharper than a Viking Ulfberht sword!!

Sometimes the ideas flow. Sometimes it’s 3 hours, 10 coffees and a drawing that looks like a canoe.

But that’s the process. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Finally finished this little project — the last piece of French oak I had. It’s over 300 years old, salvaged from a barn in a tiny hamlet in the southwest of France. The top sits on a steel frame, and it’ll sit nice and quiet in the corner of our home, doing what it does best — holding things up and looking solid while carrying a bit of history with it. 🍂🔥

Sometimes it’s just about finishing what you started. This one’s been on my to-do list for a while. Nothing too flashy — just oak, steel, and a little bit of old-world soul.

“Back at it, Crafting Legends”

After taking some time to get a few jobs done and bring some order back to the chaos (because the workshop was getting unmanageable 🤯), I’m back at it — crafting, creating, and ready to get those boards into your kitchens. 🔨🔥

First up on the list? A new wood store to keep our precious oak in line and ready for action. These boards are as solid as they come, and they deserve a home that’s just as tough. 💪

The workshop’s looking sharp, and so are the boards. Let’s get to work.
