Adding the finishing touches to these gorgeous church entrance urns 💙🩷 (foam free of c)

Believe me, when you’re working under time pressure at a windy church door, reaching the Finishing Touches point is the best feeling!

Bright, happy floral urns for Monica and James which later were brought to the reception room to flank the Top Table there

Also, those dahlias stole the show for me (amazing blooms as ever from ) 🥹🥹

PS wait til the end to see my best assistant on the day 👯‍♀️

There was great communication throughout and all our questions were answered thoroughly and allowed us to really relax and look forward to the big day!

The flowers were arranged perfectly and so beautiful, I received so many compliments on them!!

Also very reasonable price for the wonderful job that was done!

For the gorgeous Monica 💛 One of my fav bouquet briefs; colour, movement, layered. Specific flowers requested - pale blue delphinium & lime trailing amaranthus! But those dahlias… church and venue both filled with dahlias .. love 🩷

Just some thoughts on the bits you may not see when I create a floral arrangement or piece! I’ll always ask myself how I can design & make with a smaller environmental impact and see where that takes me

Often, it’s about going back to basics and using good old water filled containers, chicken wire scrunched in a ball or moss - although lately I have been using plant based floral bricks in an effort to gain stability for some designs. I have mixed thoughts on this though but will likely fall back on it from time to time

I’d love to know what you think about this if you think about it at all!
